Due Dates / Shipping
• The printed proof your child brought home from school has a DUE DATE listed on it.
• The due date represents the cutoff date for your order to be returned to the school. Orders placed by this date will be given to your child by their teacher for them to bring home.
• Is it after the due date? No worries! You can still order!!
Your order will have a small shipping charge and will be mailed to the address you provide at checkout.
• Need the order mailed to you and it's not past the due date?
Make sure to choose the 'Ship to Address' option during checkout.
Retakes
• Do you want your child to have retakes?
If so, the following instructions must be followed BEFORE the DUE date!
Don't add the retake to the cart if you do not want a retake!
• Once a student attends retakes, their original gallery is taken offline and is no longer accessible. Only one gallery is available at a time.
• At the top of your gallery, there will be coloured buttons that represent different package types. Navigate to the yellow 'RETAKE' button. On this page is your retake request. You will need to add this to your cart, including providing a reason for the retake. This reason is provided to the retake photographer, so please be as detailed as possible!
• Ensure you go through the entire ordering process for this retake request. Only students that have a retake request will be invited to the retake session.
• Did your child miss photo day?
Dont worry! They are automatically added to our list, no need to do anything!
ID Cards
• All students have access to their digital ID card at all times. Simply go to your gallery and add the complementary digital item to your card and complete the order. The digital file will be emailed to you.
• If your child needs a physical ID card, please select this from the gallery. Note that this option is only available before the DUE date.
• The physical ID card is there only for students that require it. We encourage all students to utilize the digital version and assist us in reducing our plastic carbon footprint!
• Note that only one physical card will be available per student. Don't order it from the first gallery if your child is attending retakes as it will come with the original image on it.

Gallery Viewing tips
• Images shown in your gallery are thumbnails only.
This is to ensure quick loading times, and wide accessibility.
• Please note that thumbnails have a lower quality than the final images you will receive. These should be used to judge posing and facial expression.
• Ordered images you will receive are of a very high quality.
• We highly suggest the use of a desktop computer, laptop, or tablet for ordering. While we have strived to create the best mobile variant possible, the smaller screen size is not ideal for ensuring correct customization choices.
• If a small mobile device must be used, please turn it sideways to maximize the screen dimensions.
